New Details Emerge In Pennsbury “Ball Boy” Sexual Predator Arrest

Social media in Levittown and Lower Makefield was buzzing yesterday after Predator Poachers posted a video on YouTube documenting a sting operation involving Bensalem resident Keith Page. The video is reminiscent of Chris Hansen’s investigative journalism on NBC’s “To Catch a Predator.” In this case, an online setup via Facebook led to Page inviting an 11-year-old girl named “Emily” to his apartment. In the video, a member of Predator Poachers converses with Page, who is wearing a Pennsbury Falcons shirt. Page reveals that he is a FedEx employee and a volunteer for the Pennsbury Boys’ Football, Girls’ Soccer, Girls’ Basketball, and Girls’ Softball teams. He also mentions that he is the Assistant Athletic Director at Pennsbury.

Predator Poachers turned over their documentary video to Bensalem Township police, leading to the arrest of Keith Page on charges of Attempted Rape of a Child Under the Age of 13, Sexual Abuse of Children, Corruption of Minors, and related offenses. Details of the arrest can be found on the Bensalem Police arrest report page on CrimeWatchPA.com, with bail for Page set at $2 million. In their release, Bensalem Police discouraged organizations like Predator Poachers from conducting such activities, touting their “robust, proactive approach to identifying and prosecuting these types of offenders” and noting numerous arrests for similar illegal conduct, though they did not specifically identify Page’s conduct that led to his arrest.

Pennsbury Responds After Video Release Goes Viral

Who Is Keith Page?

In its statement, the Pennsbury School District distanced itself from Keith Page, claiming that he had no official affiliation with the district. They described Page as merely a “ball boy” before his graduation from Pennsbury in 1974 and characterized his involvement with sports teams as “occasional.” However, local residents on Facebook, particularly in the “What’s Up Levittown” group, contradicted the district’s release. One local resident confirmed that Keith Page is well known in the community due to his involvement with Pennsbury sports.

After reading Facebook comments that contradicted the Pennsbury School District’s statement about Keith Page’s “occasional” involvement with students, simple Google searches revealed that the district might be attempting to distance itself from an individual it has previously honored. In 2003, Page was inducted into the Pennsbury Sports Hall of Fame for his commitment to Pennsbury sports.

In its release related to the 2003 Hall Of Fame ceremony, Pennsbury made a glowing statement about Page:

Keith Page: Football and Basketball Administrative Assistant during the past four decades. Keith’s involvement with Pennsbury’s athletic programs has spanned four decades. He started his affiliation with sports during the 1974 season, working as the football and baseball manager. He has served as an Administrative Assistant to a variety of teams since 1974, some of which include football, baseball, girl’s soccer, and basketball. Most who know Keith know him as a loyal and dedicated person who loves working with kids and sports at Pennsbury.

Why Did Pennsbury Not Alert Community Sooner?

As noted on the CrimeStopPA.com website, Keith Page’s arrest was made public on November 6, 2024, two days after the sting operation was filmed. Despite evidence obtained by Pennsbury411 via a Right To Know (RTK) request, which showed that Pennsbury officials and their Solicitor Erin Aronson of Eastburn and Gray were informed of Page’s arrest shortly after his booking, the Pennsbury Administration and School Board delayed communicating the arrest for 42 days. In an unrelated matter, resident Robert Abrams submitted an RTK request on November 12, 2024, seeking redacted email communications between Aronson and the Pennsbury School District. This RTK was in response to a filing made in an appeal with the Open Records Office (OOR Docket No. 2024-2758) by Aronson, under the penalty of perjury, related to edited video tapes of the October 8, 2024, PHS Building Community Meeting that excluded public comments containing numerous complaints by residents. The following is the statement submitted by Aronson, requesting an extension to submit a response in the appeal, which was submitted on November 7, 2024, at 10:30 PM, citing severe illness that kept Aronson out of the office.

The Pennsbury School District exercised its right to delay responding to Abrams for 30 days, even though Abrams had specifically requested fully redacted communications that included only the to, from, and timestamps of communications between Aronson and the District over a five-day period to verify if she was actually sick. Answering Abrams’ request likely took less than one hour of Aronson’s time to apply full redaction blocks. The following is the official RTK response from Pennsbury, showing that Aronson was actively working all week and that there was a surge of communications on November 6, 2024. This surge included Athletic Director Louis Sudholz and began within 40 minutes of the Bensalem Township Police publicly posting Page’s arrest.

How Can Residents Express Their Concerns?

The documented evidence trail of Pennsbury’s actions to keep Keith Page’s arrest under wraps is deeply concerning. If their statement is to be believed as truthful and honest, why did it take 42 days to make this statement only after the video went viral? Why did Solicitor Erin Aronson inform the Open Records Office that she was out of the office with an illness when email communications showed she was dealing with this emergency legal issue? Lastly, if Page didn’t have access to the students, why did his induction into the Pennsbury Hall of Fame detail his dedication to serving Pennsbury’s students?

If these issues are concerning, please send an email to Pennsbury’s Superintendent Dr. Tom Smith at [email protected] or to its Solicitor Erin Aronson at [email protected]. Additionally, Pennsbury’s monthly School Board Action meeting is being held this evening, December 19, 2024, beginning at 7:30 PM at Fallsington Elementary School. Public comment will be offered to all residents, with a time limit of five minutes to speak.

  1. My daughter was on the JV & Varsity Softball team from 2016-2020. Every girl on that team knew him immediately when they saw his arrest. He was at every practice and game they had. This is so disturbing.
